After I had made all the arrangements, he told me not to worry about anything; he was going to take care of everything and he did! Everyone has told me "it was the most wonderfully planned funeral" they had ever attended. Hal and I had the precious time to plan his funeral together and I will always treasure that. "I saw my dad for the first time yesterday after being with him when he passed. He did not look like my dad when he was in the hospital because he was so sick. Katie went above and beyond and really captured what he looked like when he was alive and well. It startled me because he truly looked like he was sleeping. She took great care in making sure his dress blues uniform was just right and he looked so handsome. I can't thank her enough for making this easier on our family while we grieve. She is a blessing to families when they need that level of comfort and care. Thank you."
