Obituary of Billy Gordon Coleman

Billy Gordon Coleman, 77, passed away July 21, 2018 at Moses Cone Hospital following an extended illness.

Graveside Funeral Services will be 11:00AM Wednesday July 25, 2018 at Lakeview Memorial Park Cemetery, officiated by Pastor Steve Gunter.

Billy was preceded in death by his wife of over 55 years, Jerrine Rape Coleman in 2015.

Billy was born August 23, 1940 in Greensboro to the late Thelma McDaniel and Houston Gordon Coleman.

Survivors include his daughter, Angie Cockman and husband Kenneth; sons, Billy D. Coleman and wife Lisa, and Kevin G. Coleman and wife Candy; grandchildren, Ashley Cockman, Laura Apple and husband Brandon, Kasey Cockman and wife Heather, Shayne Coleman and soon to be great-grandson Brendon Matthew Apple.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro or American Cancer Association.
