I haven’t really said anything since Marion left our plane. Trying to get my thoughts together on how Marion affected my life. I am grateful for Marion (Mum). She took me in at one of the worst times of my life and welcomed me as a son. Teenage years are tough, and Marion got me through it, with happiness and joy. I would not be the man I am today without her guidance, compassion and love. No, Marion could not replace my mother, but she was definitely the best step-mother anyone could ask for. I am thankful we were able to reconnect several years ago, and grateful to have Michael in my life through that reconnection. I honestly do not know where I would be if that path was not presented so many years ago. Happy Birthday Mum, and I hope you are celebrating in the stars, with everyone that has touched your life and no longer in this world.

I thought the world of Marion and enjoyed singing in the choir with her. Your love for each other was so special. My heart hurts for you and I cannot even fathom the pain and anguish of separation. Take comfort in the truth that she is now an angel in heaven and will be watching and waiting for you from above. Praying for you and your family during this difficult time

Marian was one of the first people I met when I moved to Gso. She was a great friend and part of my local Family. She is and will be missed by many in the extended Family. Rest easy my friend, your memory, and friendship will be with me, and all those you cared about forever.

Beautifully written and spot on for Marion. She was a wonderful lady and a dear friend of mine off and on since we were 17 and worked together at Libby Hill. Later on, we met again and she officiated at my wedding in 1991. In 1997 she came to work at Etherington Conservation center and we took up the reins of friendship again where we remained close for many years. Sadly we had drifted apart in the last few years, staying in touch on Facebook and messenger. You always think you'll have more time to get together, have another meal or hit the yard sale circuit but our time ran out and I regret that so much. I love you Marion and I look forward to seeing you again someday!❤❤❤

Michael,
The first time I met you & Marion I could tell how much you loved one another. My heart aches for what you must be going through. I believe we will be reunited with our loved ones one day. I pray that you and all of Marion’s family & friends will draw comfort from your beautiful memories of her. She touched so many lives & her kind, gentle spirit was an inspiration to many.
Peace,
Sharron

My condolences to Marion's family and friends.... and to Michael, her husband; and Jacqueline, her sister; and my wife Joanna, her best friend of over 50 years. So many good talks we had, looking at the world from all sides, finding the peace and love within. And thank you, Marion, for the handfasting ceremony which was the highlight of our wedding.
Your spirit flies, and yet remains in our hearts.
