Obituary of Ronald E Brady

Ronald E. Brady, 78, went home to be with our Lord Monday, February 15, 2021 following a short battle with Cancer.

Graveside Funeral Services to celebrate his life will be held 3:00PM Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Lakeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends just prior to the service with a “walk through” visitation from 1:30PM until 2:30PM at the Pierce-Jefferson Lambeth Chapel.

Ronald was born in Guilford County to the late Estelle Crum Brady and Jasper Brady. In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joyce Adams Brady. He was the third of five boys and he would serve in the United States Army for four years, and he was stationed in Germany during some of that time.

Ronald worked at Cone Mills for a number of years and also worked at Sentry Hardware as a truck driver for seventeen years. He was working at CGR Products when he retired. He also served as a member and deacon of Camp Herman Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Samantha Brady; son Scott Brady and Tina; daughter, Cheryl Wood and Michael; grandchildren, Amanda Wetz and Mark, Justin Brady and Brooke, CJ Shaw and Rebekah, Blake Shaw and Anna, Landon Brady, Chandler Cook, and Brady Cook; great-grandchildren, Haven Wetz, Ainsley Wetz, Grayson Brady, Leliana Shaw, and Willow Shaw; brothers, Bud Brady and Ruth, and Al Brady and Peggy; adopted grandchildren, Madison Cassell, Lilly and Abby Kenny; a very special friend, Lillie Morton; and a host of extended family and friends.
