Obituary of Ashley I. Combs

Ms. Ashley I. Combs 34, of McLeansville, NC, passed away suddenly on February 3, 2018. A funeral service will be held at 2pm, on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at Friendship United Methodist Church in Brown Summit. The family will receive friends at the church, 1 hour prior to the service, from 1-2pm, and other times at the home of Roger and Sabrina Soyars (5380 NC HWY150E, Brown Summit, NC) Ashley was a graduate of Northeast Guilford High School, and of Rockingham Community College. She was employed by the Sanitary Cafe, in Reidsville, NC. Ashley was a loving mother to her three children and devoted to them and her significant other, Eddie Roy. Ms. Combs is survived by her three daughters, Mercie Martin, Julie Roy, and Lilly Roy, her significant other of 13 years, Eddie Roy, mother, Tammy Waldrop Cardille, step-father, Todd E. Cardille-Master of Corinthian Masonic Lodge no. 542., brother, Bryant Combs (Jo), step-siblings, Dylan and Danielle Cardille, grand-mother, Irene Waldrop, aunts, Lavinia Combs, Sabrina Soyars (Roger), nephews, Kevin Hazelwood, Nathan Anderson, and Kaden Anderson, nieces, Jazmin Combs, and Naomi Compton, Haylie Peele, Mia Anderson, and cousins, Ed Combs, Zane Combs, and Randy Soyars. She was preceded in death by her father, Lyle E. Combs, her grand-parents, Ernest and Jeanette Combs, her Uncle Beare, and her sister, Rebecca L. Combs.
