Obituary of Hazel Smith Smith

Hazel Smith Smith, age 86, of Greensboro passed away early Wednesday morning, November 1, 2017 at Richland Place in Greensboro. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday November 8, 2017, 2 pm at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in Lakeview Memorial Park also in Greensboro. There will be no formal visitation, and the family will hold a private graveside committal service following the chapel service. The family wishes that any donations or memorial contributions be made to Steven's Memorial Baptist Church: 3000 N. Church St. Greensboro, NC 27415, or to a college of the donor's choice for a child in need.
