Obituary of Richmond Russell

Winston-Salem- Richmond Franklin “Bobby” Russell, Jr., died Saturday November 26, 2011 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Graveside Services will be held 3:00PM Tuesday November 29, 2011 at Mt. Gur Cemetery. A native of Greenville South Carolina, Bobby was the son of the late Richmond Franklin Russell, Sr., and Betty Louise Darwin Russell. Bobby retired from Piedmont Sheet Metal after many years of service. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Winston-Salem. Bobby enjoyed hunting, fishing, Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, and classic cars. He is survived by his loving wife Wanda S. Russell of the home; son Brad Russell and wife Lee of Kernersville; grandson and best buddy Andrew Russell; and three sisters and two brothers. The family will visit with friends from 1:00PM until 2:45PM on Tuesday at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home.
