Obituary of Brittany Hernandez

Biography Kernersville-Brittany Combs Hernandez, 21, our precious baby went home to be with her Lord on August 25, 2011. Funeral services celebrating her life will be held 4:00PM Sunday August 28, 2011 at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery in King, NC. A native of Forsyth County, she was the daughter of Tammy Lee Horne and James Edward Combs. Brittany was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Thomas Gilham, Sr., and her paternal grandmother Violet Rose Frazier. Survivors include her loving husband Hector Hernandez Diaz of the home; daughters Addyson Marie Hernandez, and Kaylee Grace Hernandez; mother Tammy Lee Horne and her husband Michael; father James Edward Combs and Cynthia; sister Shelby Nicole Combs; brother Kenneth Edward Combs; maternal grandmothers Vicki Brown and her husband John and Betty Rae Horne; mother and father-in-law Maria and Hector Hernandez, Sr.; sister-in-law Flora Hernandez; and several aunts, uncles, extended family, and a host of friends who will miss her dearly.
