Kernersville - Sarah Christina Smith, 77, died Saturday January 22, 2011. Funeral Service celebrating her life will be held at a later date in Georgia. A native of Dublin Ireland she was preceded in death by her mother and father. Also preceding her in death were her brothers who she loved dearly. Survivors include her daughter Nikki Brown and her husband Rick; grandson Robert Charles Brown all of New Jersey. Service Information
