I'm deeply saddened by the passing of Timothy Cahill, my former Director of Sales and Marketing during my time at Crowne Plaza Ravinia (IHG). He played a pivotal role in my career and gave me a chance with my first fully marketing role in hospitality at a time when I had little experience. He consistently supported me in my professional journey. During the pandemic, he sent me jobs, reached out to his contacts to refer me, and reminded me to "Keep Swinging" if things didn't work out. He authentically lived up to his words through his actions. Forever grateful for his mentorship and unwavering support.
Deepest condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time ❤

My deepest condolences to family and friends .
I had the pleasure of being in Tim’s sales team . When I met him for my interview as I saw approaching he was really intimidating only to find out in a matter of a few minutes that he was so kind and genuine . We shared a passion for dogs . He was always talking very highly about his loved ones and his “son” Buddy .
May he rest in peace .

Sooo sorry to hear about Tim. Worked with him for a number of years at Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta; what a guy; a good leader & teacher; helpful; fun loving; enjoyed life & chocolate chip cookies and pizza. He loved his family so much & his best 4-legged friend Buddy....Tim is truly going to be missed by so many. "OH Mylanta"....hard to believe.

Just want to say how sorry I am for the loss of your brother Tim. I am sure you know what this man means to all of us, but what a special man he was! He was a gift from God and I truly believe that in my heart and soul.
My prayers are with you all .
Please let Angela know how sorry I am for her loss.
Even though I don’t know her, Timmy let me know how special she was and how he loved her.
All the best

Dear Uncle Tim, the biggest Giant there ever was or will be. I'm going to be getting married in March of 2025. There will be a seat left open for you, and the entire Cahill clan will be dancing their butts off when "we are family" comes on. I still remember your moves from Jessica's wedding and got quite the chuckle when you said the wedding offiactor was a spitting image of Spock from Star Trek. I always thought you were the absolute coolest and I'm so so sorry to be writing this as a reflection rather than just telling this to you in a conversation. If time could be given, your entire family would be willing to give up some of theirs to you. A mark of a man well loved. May you rest in peace. Love, your nephew Tom.

As we gather to celebrate the remarkable life of Tim, a person who embodied stern ways, kindness but yet direct, and a zest for whatever had any meaning in is life. Tim had an innate ability to touch people in more ways then one, leaving an imprint of thoughts, that will forever be etched in our memories.
Tim was a person of deep conviction in his “OLD SCHOOL” ways, always standing up for what was right as he saw fit and just. His courage and determination were an inspiration to us all, pushing us to be the best versions of ourselves. Tim truly enjoyed what he did each and every day, 1st in every morning before the sun rise to get the day started.
As we say goodbye to Tim, let us remember the joy and work ethnic he brought into our lives. Let us honor his memory by living our lives with the same passion and fervor that he did. Today, as we remember Tim, let us strive to keep his spirit alive, making the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time.
God Bless my Friend you will be missed!

I’m deeply saddened to hear this news. Tim was always a vibrant, larger than life personality. Having had the pleasure of working with Tim early in his career remains one of my own great highlights. He will be missed but those he touched and inspired or challenged are all better today because of Tim. Love you man. Will miss you.
