Billy Robert Evans, 72, of Browns Summit, NC passed away Sunday August 13, 2017 at his home. There will be a graveside service in Salisbury National Cemetery, in Salisbury, NC on Tuesday August 15, 2017 at 10:00am, with military honors. There will no formal visitation.
