Honey I'm so sorry it took me this long to write about how wonderful of a husband you were and will always be, and how caring and thoughtful and how loving you were always to me and others. When you died you took part of my heart with you that day that will never be replaced. There will always be an empty hole there now. There will never be another man in my life I promised you that and I will always keep that promise till we are united again. I was so happy the day we met and extremely happy the day i married the man of my dreams and who was my best friend for 21 1/2 years. I will always cherish all the happy, wonderful, and loving things we seen and lived thru in life, and will remember some of the bad and those days you had to go thru in the hospital were some of the worse. I am so,proud and privledged to be your wife and will always be. You will always be in whats left of my heart and in my soul and you will always be in my thoughts. Cinnamon and I miss you dearly, but some day we will all be united and that will make the 2nd happiest day in my life. I love and miss you Ron, Love Tammy

Dad,
I want to thank you for giving me the best gift that you could have ever given me, your daughter and my wife, Shannon.
I will always remember the good times we spent together: Outer Banks vacations, cookouts in the back yard, going to ballgames, and the times we just hung out at home talking about life.
I want you to know that I will continue to love your daughter, for the rest of our lives. I will also love your family and do my best to help them as we go through this thing we call life. Shannon and I will be there for Tammy in the coming years. Our Heavenly Father calls us to honor our father and mother. We will continue to do this, even while you are no longer with us.
I love you (probably did not say it enough in life) and will miss you. We look forward to seeing you when we join you in heaven, when that time comes. Rest in peace and in the Glory of Our Heavenly Father, His Son (our Savior) Jesus, and God's Holy Spirit.
Love,
Your Son Jeff

I was saddened to hear about Ron’s passing. I had the pleasure to work with & become friends with Ron when we worked together at WV DEP. He’s a great guy & always enjoyed talking about his family. He always had funny stories to tell that made the workday better or interesting stories about his band, rock n roll history. If you ever wanted to know anything about Tom Petty - he’s your guy - lol. Miss you & Rest In Peace Ron. My condolences & prayers to all of Ron’s family.
