Dear April & John:
This is the hardest note to write. I am so sorry about the passing of your Dad. I remember spending so much time with y’all when you were little on up until you were teenagers. We kind of all grew up together since I was your babysitter for so many years. I know you will miss your Dad and I also feel that you know he is at rest now and would want you to remember him with smiles and love.
Dear sweet John:
I don’t even know how to comfort you. Losing a parent is hard but losing a child is unimaginable. I know your heart must be broken in half. I am praying so hard for peace for you right now. Abby was a truly beautiful young lady and I know you must be very proud of her.
April I know you have a relationship with the Lord and John I pray you do too because you can feel a certain peace knowing your Dad and Abby are together today, no sickness, no injuries, just a glorious reunion.
I love you both so very much and I am always here for you if you need anything.

Dear Gloria, Kathy, and Peggy:
I am so sorry I can’t be there physically for you. I can’t even imagine what I would do if I lost Jackie. Brothers are like a lifeline and they have a unique place in our lives that is only for them. Please know that I am with you in heart and I love you all very much. I am praying we will get to see each other again someday soon.
