Obituary of Raymond Earl Pysher

Raymond Earl Pysher, 81, of Liberty passed away on June 22, 2023 at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington.  A native of Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Raymond Pysher and Lucy (Snyder) Bush and beloved husband of Nancy Pysher.

Raymond was an avid outdoor sports enthusiast who loved his family and his farm dearly. He was an active member of his church and a good friend to all that knew him. He was always warm and welcoming and made everyone feel known and loved.

Raymond is survived by his wife of 29 years, Nancy Pysher; sons, Glenn, Greg, and Corey Pysher; daughter, Holly Forester; step-children, Keven Crick and Michelle Bostian; grandchildren, Keven, Heaven, Gabby, Caitlyn, Bradley, Evan, Caroline, Joshua, Coleman, Steven, Noah, Carter, Liam, Carson, Hannah, and Gianna; great-grandchildren, Sylas, Abel, Noah, and Aspen; and sisters, Barbara and Phyllis.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Shirley.

A Memorial Service will be at The Brick Reformed Church on 3699 Brick Church Road, Burlington, NC 27215 at 11:00AM on Thursday, June 29 with Pastor Geoff Lalone officiating.  A Reception will follow after the service at the church's Fellowship Hall.
