Beloved Aunt Vicki
No challenge for her, was too great,
No obstacle too large.
Diversified, meticulous,
She always led the charge.
Her energy remarkable,
Her intellect, unique.
In life she was victorious,
Did find all that she’d seek.
Just one of five Chicago raised,
By Frank and Annabelle.
A pilot and a biker,
Great stories she would tell.
With living her true passion,
She learned all that she could.
Her red haired fire energy,
Did tell her, that she should.
Mystically sarcastic,
Creatively aware.
Did play guitar for pleasure,
Then photos would too, share.
As pilot and true vagabond,
She lived just how she chose.
Devoted aunt and sister,
Her life was living prose.
So now that she has stepped beyond,
Her beauty still remains.
That love she shared with everyone,
Her memories sweet refrains.
Always in our thoughts and hearts
Thank you Vicki for opening your home to me when I had nowhere to go. I enjoyed our times in that little apartment and all our conversations. And, again vising you in Chicago taking the horse carriage tour around the city. But most of all the summer in Twin Lakes going to all the ski shows, up for a plane flight around Wisconsin and over Chicago and all the fun we had!
Love you so much!
Rebecca
