Obituary of Lessie R. Cabler

Mrs. Lessie R. Cabler, 81, died Friday, September 13, 2013, at Golden Living Center. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Monday, at Lakeview Memorial Park with the Rev. Carl Shelton and Rev. Jim Dickerson officiating. Mrs. Cabler was born July 1, 1932 in Bladen County, North Carolina to John and Mollie Rierson. She was married to the late John W. Cabler. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Minnie Rierson. Mrs. Cabler is survived by her son, John (Wanda) Cabler; granddaughter, Jennifer Cabler; sisters, Annie (Cliff) Chumley, Myrtle Smith, and Judy (Jim) Dickerson; sister-in-law, Toni Goins; brothers, Jack (Honey) Rierson and Jim (Mary Jo) Rierson. The family would like to thank Golden Living Center and Hospice & Palliative care for their kindness and care of Lessie.
