Obituary of Eunice B. Leonard

Mrs. Eunice B. Leonard, 97, of Greensboro, died Monday, June 10, 2013 at Blumenthal Jewish Nursing Home. A graveside service will be held 11:00am Friday, at Lakeview Memorial Park with the Reverend Joe Chandler officiating. Mrs. Leonard was born August 9, 1915, in Guilford County to Jay F. and Clara Ingold Burnside. She was married to the late William L. Leonard Sr. and of the Methodist faith. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, 1 sister, 1 grandchild, and 1 great-grandchild. Mrs. Leonard is survived by 6 Children, 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, three sisters, two brothers. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Thursday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, 4-A Oak Branch Drive, Greensboro, NC 27407
