Obituary of Pamela Charles

Greensboro Pamela Hernandez Charles, 73, died on December 22, 2012. Pamela was born December 28, 1938 to Emanuel and Beryl Orr Hernandez in Trinidad of the West Indies. There will be a funeral service on Thursday, at 12:30 pm at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel in Greensboro with the Reverend Dr. Jackie McHenry officiating. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents She is survived by her daughters, Linda (Richard) Alexander, Jillian Charles, Monique Brathwaite; sons, Ernest Hernandez, Sheldon (Candy-Anne) Charles; 3 sisters, Lucindia Young, Patricia (Lloyd) Hall, Roslyn Hernandez; 2 brothers, Edward (Norma) Hernander Hernandez, Carlos (Joan) Hernandez; 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family describes Pamela as always laughing and bubbly. She was a dedicated mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and a friend to all. Pamela was an inspiration the family and kind lady to all she met. She was the crazy glue that held the family together. The family will greatly miss Pamela and she will always be in their hearts. The family will receive friends at the funeral home the hour before the service on Thursday.
