Obituary of Lucille Waller

Mrs. Lucille Pollard Waller, 85, of Greensboro, died Thursday, October 11, 2012, at Clapps Nursing Center. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Monday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home, with the Pastor Darrell Waller and Pastor Bill Coble officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. Mrs. Waller was born June 26, 1927 in Ashe County, North Carolina, to James and Docie Huffman Pollard. She was married to the late Reverend Archie C. Waller for over 60 years. She was a faithful and committed Pastor's wife, a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Mrs. Waller is survived by her daughter, Debra Coleman (Johnny); sons Daniel Waller (Karon) and Darrell Waller (Pauline);6 grandchildren,Kristal Lomax (Chad), Jeffrey Williams (Heather), Danette McNeal (Kevin), Jessica King (Jason), Jennifer Miller (Jeremy), and Andrea Brewer (Aaron); 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Geraldine Farmer (Roger); brothers, Harold Pollard (Geraldene), Ernest Pollard (Sonja), William Pollard (Sandy), and Larry Pollard (Cathy); sister-in-law Pauline Pollard; The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 pm Sunday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to North Greensboro Church of God Building fund, 3605 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405 and at other times at the home of Debra and Johnny Coleman. The family wishes to give special thanks to Mom's special friend at Clapp's Nursing Home, Debbie Spaul, and to all at Clapp's who gave her such loving care.
