Obituary of Yoshiko Hall

Greensboro Yoshiko 'Edie' Aoki Hall, 83, died Thursday morning at Annie Penn Hospital. Edie was born in Yokosuka, Japan on July 8, 1929 to Mankichi and Hana Aoki. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. There will be a funeral service at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday July 21 at 2:00 pm with Reverend Jerry Strader officiating. The family will have an inurnment service 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 26 at Lakeview Memorial Park. Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, Arthur and her son, Jeffrey Hall. She is survived by her two sons, Charlie and Laurie Hall and Edward and Kim Hall both of Reidsville; grandchildren, Misty, Jennifer, Noah, Austin and Madison; a great grandchild, Cassidy; two sister-in-laws, Helen Austin and Ruby Coleman; and a daughter like she never had, Diane Swanson. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home.
