Obituary of Laura Rumley

Ms Laura I. Rumley, 88, of Greensboro, died Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at Golden Living Center. A graveside service will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Stokesdale United Methodist Church Cemetery, in Stokesdale, with the Reverend Tony Dowdy officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall. Ms Rumley was born November 21, 1923 in Stokesdale, to Louis and Zenobia Vaughn Rumley. She was a past member of Stokesdale United Methodist Church and retired from Jefferson Pilot. Ms Rumley is survived by her nephew, Edward Rumley and wife Dianna; great-niece, Sarah Rumley; sister-in-law, Penny Rumley.
