Obituary of Lillie Arrington

Greensboro Lillie Smith Arrington, 79, died at her home with her loving family surrounding her. Lillie's funeral service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Midciff officiating. The interment will follow the service at Francisco Presbyterian Church Cemetery at 7257 NC Highway 89 West, Westfield, NC 27053. Lillie enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, reading, cooking and watching any type of western movies or books. Her wonderful nature and lovely smile and true expressions will be truly missed. Lillie was born to Rufus and Ruby Turner Smith in Wilkes County, Georgia. Lillie is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Jack; six children, Linda Kern, Shirley Collins, Kathy Kehoe, Steve Fowler, Tracy Bailey and Jackie Mooneyham; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, April 2, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home from 7:00 - 9:00pm.
