Obituary of Elaine Cole Rice

Greensboro Mrs. Elaine Cole Rice, passed away on March 28, 2012 at her residence with her family by her side. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday March 31st at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Pugh officiating. The interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Mrs. Rice was born in Greensboro to the late Alton Cole Sr. and Myrtle Cole. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church for 47 years. She sang in the choir and was a member of the Ladies I Sunday School Class. Mrs. Rice is survived by her husband, Bill; Son Aaron Rice (Christy); Brother, Alton Cole Jr. (Janice); Nephew, Jeff Cole (Karen); Triplet grandsons born 7/19/2011, Alexander, Thomas Edward and William Rice; and many loving cousins. The family will receive friends on Friday March 30th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home and at other times at the family's home.
