Obituary of Ruth Chandler

Biography Kernersville - Ruth P. Chandler, 83, went to be with her Lord & Savior on Monday, January 28, 2013. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held on Friday February 1, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel in Kernersville, North Carolina. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson Hoke Pfaff and Maude Transou; husband Jay Henry Chandler; brothers D. Clyde Pfaff, J.P. Pfaff, Ralph B. Pfaff, William B. Pfaff, and Wayne T. Pfaff; and sisters, Doris Pfaff Sprinkle and Stella Pfaff Lewis. A native of Forsyth County, Ruth was retired from Adam-Millis, as well as a member of the Bridge Church in Kernersville, North Carolina. She is survived by her daughters Cynthia Chandler Stevens of Colfax, North Carolina and Gina Chandler Parrish of Walkertown, North Carolina; grandchildren Roxanne and Brent Stevens, Joshua and Jonathan Parrish; great-grandchildren Trenton Lee, Isaiah, Hayden, and Julian Parrish; and twins on the way.
