Obituary of Robert Cassell

Winston-Salem-Robert Lee Cassell, Jr., 63, went home to be with his Lord January 1, 2013. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 6:00PM Thursday January 3, 2013 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel in Kernersville with Pastor Dr. Ron Baity officiating. A native of Forsyth County, he was the son of the late Lillian Elizabeth Glascoe and Robert Lee Cassell, Sr. He was retired from Perry Brothers of NC. He was a faithful member of Berean Baptist Church. He will be missed by all who knew him and especially his furry companion "Rusty". Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years Brenda Kay Chilton Cassell of the home; daughter Christian Cassell and her fiancé© Travis Craver of Wallburg; son Robert Lee Cassell, III and his fiancé© Jennifer Gray of Wallburg; granddaughter Olivia; sister Sandra Carter and Bill of Mt. Airy; aunt Eva Mae Brewer of White Pine, Tennessee; and a host of extended family and friends. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the funeral home on Thursday evening.
