Obituary of Betty Hubbard

Kernersville-Betty Snow Hubbard, 84, went home to be with her Lord December 28, 2012. Graveside Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be held 2:00PM Sunday at Mt. Gur Cemetery with Pastor Janet Dixon officiating. A native of Forsyth County, Betty was the daughter of the late Ella Ballard and Arnold Snow. She was the wife of the late Edward Paddison Hubbard. She had been a member of Cherry Street United Methodist Church for 55 years. Survivors include her daughter Diane Hubbard Cochran and Samuel of Kernersville; sons Eddie Hubbard and fiancé© Gerri Brown of Kernersville, and Duane Hubbard and Debbie of Goldsboro; grandchildren Tonya Huff, Kelly Hubbard Self, Scott Sparrow, Jeff Hubbard, Todd Hubbard, Zach Hubbard, and Carey Hubbard; great-grandchildren Brandi, Lindsay, Ashley, Taylor, Megan, Michael, Lee, Payton, Cheyenne, Tanner, Allie, Taber, Samantha, Emerson, Heather, and Brian; great-great granddaughter Caitlin; and special Aunt Kay Holder. The family will visit with friends from 6-8pm Saturday evening at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home.
