Obituary of Michael Smolak

Kernersville-Michael Smolak, 86, born on November 18, 1925 died peacefully at the Hospice Home of High Point on Friday, June 29, 2012. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 2:00PM at the Tatalovich Chapel, 2205 McMinn Street, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, 15001. Survivors include his daughters, Lynette E. Smolak of Kernersville, NC, Roberta A. Caudill and Gary of Williamsville, NC, and Judith E. Lynn of Kernersville, NC; grandchildren Ryan, Ian, Derek, Jason, Michael, and Jordan; great-grandchild Noah, as well as the special friends at Cagney's Restaurant and Checkers Hair Salon. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at the Hospice Home of High Point.
