Obituary of Joel McClain

Kernersville-Joel Whitmire McClain, 4 year old son of Brea Amoret Thomas McClain and Kevin Richard McClain, died February 3, 2012 at Brenner Children’s Hospital. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 2:00PM Sunday February 5, 2012 at Grace Presbyterian Church with Pastor Randy Edwards officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Gur Cemetery. In addition to his parents, he also is survived by his brothers Ransom, Asher, Tobias, and Corwin, and a sister Sigourney; maternal grandmother Joy Thomas; paternal grandmother Linda Machen and Gary, paternal grandfather Richard McClain and Donna; aunt Tara Cataldo and John, and Kelly Tooley and Carlton; and a host of extended family, friends, and devoted caregivers. The family will visit with friends immediately following the service at the church.
