Obituary of John Sprinkle

Biography Kernersville-John Wayne Sprinkle, 57, went home to be with his Lord December 26, 2011. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 11:00AM Thursday December 29, 2011 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Garland Glascoe and Brother Clayton Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Welcome Home Baptist Church Cemetery in Walkertown. A native of Forsyth County, he was the son of the late Edith Debusk Sprinkle and Robert Ford Sprinkle. He was retired from Chesapeake Display Packaging in Winston-Salem. He had attended Kernersville Full Gospel Mission most of his life and recently was attending Victory Ministries. In addition to his parents he also was preceded in death by sister Kathy Ladeen Sprinkle McCracken and his brother Robert Ford Sprinkle, Jr. Survivors include his loving wife Christal Morrison Sprinkle of the home; daughter Misty Diane Sprinkle of the home; son Johnathan Wayne Sprinkle of Winston-Salem; grandchildren Marissa Cockerham, Dylan Sprinkle, Robert Newsome, and Nathan Sprinkle; sister Peggy Wagner; brothers Isaac Sprinkle and Darlene, Aaron "Monroe" Sprinkle, Daniel Sprinkle and Colleen, and Mike Sprinkle; numerous nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. The family will visit with friends from 6-8pm Wednesday night at the funeral home.
