Obituary of Thomas Farrington

Biography High Point-Thomas "Tommy" Wayne Farrington, 52, went home to be with his Lord October 2, 2013. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held 2:00PM Saturday October 5, 2013 at First Christian Church in Kernersville with Dr. Vernon Farrington officiating. A native of Guilford County, Sandy Ridge Community, Tommy was the son of Howard Vernon Farrington and the late Doris Trent Farrington. He was a 1979 graduate of Northwest Guilford High School and he owned and operated Environmental Concepts Landscaping for 26 years. He is preceded in death by his mother Doris Trent Farrington. He is survived by his wife Pamela Sue Farrington of the home; father Howard Farrington and stepmother Martha Farrington; son Luke Farrington and beloved girlfriend Melissa Neal; daughter Christy Farrington Lewis and much loved son-in-law Michael; brother Dr. Vernon Farrington (Mary Lou); sister Kaye Farrington Queen (Mark), mother-in-law and father-in-law Robert and Connie Black; sister-in-law Penny Black; nieces Lauren Farrington Stagger (Justin), Amanda Farrington, Anna and Katie Brim; one beloved aunt and uncle Sonny and Lynne Westmoreland; cousins Wendi Curry (Charlie) and their son Blaine; and many close friends the family has loved and adopted. The family will visit with friends from 5-8pm Friday October 4, 2013 at First Christian Church in Kernersville.
