Obituary of Pamela Hardy Ballard

Biography Westfield-Pamela Sue Hardy Ballard, 47, went home to be with the Lord September 1, 2013. Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held at 12:00 Noon Thursday September 5, 2013 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel in Kernersville. Interment will follow in the Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. A native of Forsyth County, Pam was the daughter of Linda Gail Hudspeth Rider and Aldean Hardy and both survive. She had worked at Danbury Hospital and also had been working as a CNA 1 in recent years in private care. She was preceded in death by her brother David Dean Hardy. Survivors include her loving husband of 26 years Ricky Wayne Ballard of the home; son Johnathon Wayne Ballard of the home; mother Linda Rider of Walkertown; father and step-mother Aldean Hardy and Shirley of Westfield; sister Melissa Dawn Edmonds of King; mother-in-law JoAnn Pearson of Kernersville; step-sister Robin Atkins and Danny of Kernersville; step-brother Ralph Meredith and Lisa of Kernersville; brother-in-law Tony Ballard of Kernersville; nieces Payton and Makayla Peddycord, and Courtney Ballard; nephews Caleb and Dalton Edmonds, and Robert Ballard; and other extended family and friends. The family will visit with friends beginning at 10:30AM until time for the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
