Obituary of Robert Scott

Kernersville-Robert "Bob" Reynolds Scott, 53, passed away July 14, 2013. Funeral Services celebrating his life will be held at Noon on Wednesday July 17, 2013 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services with Minister Jerry Simpkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. A native of Forsyth County, Bob was the son of John Reynolds Scott and the late Rosie Marie Knight Scott. A welder by trade, he had worked for a number of years at Neil Manufacturing in Greensboro. Survivors include his father John Reynolds Scott of Kernersville; daughter Selena Jere' Scott Payne and Chris of Lexington; son Robert James Scott and Crystal of Lexington; grandchildren Aaliyah, Kaleb, Chyann, and Hayden; sister Sandra "Sissy" Manning of Kernersville; brother Albert Scott and Angie of Kernersville; nephew Brandon Scott. The family will visit with friends from 6-8pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
