Obituary of David Bouffard

Kernersville-David Robert Bouffard, 46, went to be with his Lord on Sunday June 16, 2013. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 3:30 PM Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at Holy Cross Catholic Church and officiated by Father Paul Dechant, O.S.F.S. A native of Warren, Rhode Island, David is the son of Maurice and Jennie Bouffard. He was employed through Moses Cone and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center as a Registered Nurse. A veteran of Desert Storm, David served in the United States Army Reserve and the Winston-Salem Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol. He was also an active volunteer and member of the Knights of Columbus. David will be forever missed and loved by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife of 22 years Liane Bouffard, son Nathan Jung Ho Bouffard, daughter Mehya Kyung Joo Bouffard, all of the home; sisters Denise Bouffard of Kernersville, Michelle and Jean Paul Nadeau of Massachusetts; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family members.
